We live in a very anal retentive world, when it comes to the use of the human body. After all, we spend so much of our time trying to make ourselves look like robots. We exfoliate our skin, we sculpt our hair until it is too fragile to actually take around with us, and we wear outfits that show off our best traits, while hiding our worst ones. But did you know that the very best way to hide your worst physical traits is so simply not have bad traits anymore? While it is not that easy, it can be done. And you do not need add in the neurotic, excuse creating step of going to some kind of gym in order to make your body look incredible.
This is not an ad for some kind of home fitness equipment, either. This is simply a statement of fact. Using nothing more than a floor, a wall, your own body and the gravity that we hardly ever escape, you can get in a whole bunch of great workouts. And you do not have to be at home to do this, either. You can literally exercise any place where you have any space to move around at all. Consider the fact that you can easily do squats any place you can stand up. And you can do pushups anywhere that you can put your legs out straight behind you.
All of the excuses that a lot of people make for not getting their bodies into better shape completely fall apart when you really think about them. Who really needs a gym, when all they want to do is shed body fat and tone up their muscles? You might not end up looking like a body builder if you do not resort to fancy gym equipment. But if you wanted to look like a body builder, you would not have any excuses to keep you from working out.
